About Me – Career & Marketing Consultant
I’m Jasper – founder of GetArriba and a consultant for career development and marketing strategy with one clear goal: helping individuals and companies gain clarity, expand their options, and create real impact.
What Drives Me
I combine strategic thinking with genuine human connection. After more than ten years in international marketing, recruiting, and employer branding – including leadership roles – I decided to shift my perspective: leaving the corporate world and to build my own business to work directly with people and teams.
Today, I support individuals in navigating career transitions and help companies sharpen their positioning in the market and as employers.
